The Time Has Come

Back on January 1st of this year, Hoge made the following two predictions:

From Hogewash! dated 1/1/2014

Hoge was wrong. Not only did the lawsuit survive, it’s going to trial on Monday.

Maybe it’s time I pen an open letter to his followers, AKA The Lickspittles.

Dear Lickspittles,

Well, here we are again and  your hero has (once again) underestimated Brett Kimberlin and has gotten yet another prediction of victory completely wrong – just like he got nearly all the other predictions of victory wrong.

How many times does Hoge have to be wrong before you realize he hasn’t a snowball’s chance in hell of prevailing in this lawsuit against him? A hundred? A thousand?

Hoge has made two fatal errors in his defense: first, he’s asked for the help of a tax attorney who has never litigated a defamation case in his career. This is just uber-stupid, like going to an automobile mechanic to fix your television.

The second is that he’s been relying on Aaron Walker for advice. If ever there was an example of the blind and stupid leading the blind and stupid…

I digress.

Here’s a question that’s sure to cause your Lickspittle heads to explode: have you ever noticed how all the expert attorneys who handle libel/defamation defenses every day by the truckload couldn’t be convinced to step in and help Hoge and his co-conspirators? That’s very telling – as if they know something the rest of you don’t.

Like how Hoge and company haven’t a prayer?

I see you prattling on about how 5 of the 7 motions Brett Kimberlin filed were dismissed. Well, that’s fine, but “almost” only counts for horseshoes, hand grenades and nuclear weapons and when Hoge has been predicting that he was going for 7 out of 7 and failed I think even the dimmest among you can see it might be a good idea for Hoge to offer up a deal to extricate himself from this mess.

I’m hoping he won’t and decides (like the good Captain Smith of the HMS Titanic) to go down with the ship.

The awful truth is that Hoge and his cohorts have libelled and defamed Brett Kimberlin and the judge agrees – hence why this is now going to trial on Monday.

I predict (and I’m more often right than not) that this is going to be the swiftest defamation civil suit in history where Brett Kimberlin wins and Hoge and his pack of ferrets loses and loses big.

So which one of you fair-weather friend Lickspittles is going to offer Hoge and his family a couch to crash on when Brett Kimberlin takes Hoge Manor?

The mockery continues…

P.S. I’ll just go ahead and prepare you for the eventuality of Brett Kimberlin’s past being wholly irrelevant in this case. Don’t be surprised it barely rates a mention in court next Monday.

I don’t have any personal investment in Kimberlin, but I hope he wins big. The thing that pisses me off the most about all of this crap is that they tried to smear his daughter, a child, by filling the comments section of an article with vile commentary. They call themselves “Team Good”, remember that? Now, they are just reduced to their true nature: beggars, liars and losers.

Dude. My old man is like, a TV repair man- He’s got this ultimate set of tools. I can fix it.

There’s another one of Bobby boy somewhere on YouTube- singing ’16 Tons’ of all things. I wonder if he actually comprehends what the lyrics were saying?

And no, it’s not as bad as the Karaoke night, but he does still convey a real sense of cigarettes and rotten eggs…
